[HCDX] Unidentified 3280kHz & 4870kHz

Hello all,

Unidentified 3279 & 4870kHz, 0507 - 0631, Feb. 29. Same religious program on
different frequencies. As you know, LV del Napo is supposed to be on 3279
and LV del Upano is supposed to be on 4870kHz. Are these under same network?
Are they religious stations? Does anyone help me find this out?
