[HCDX] General Election in Spain. Special RNE REG/LOC slots.

Hi all!

Spain will celebrate general elections on March 14th
(Andalucía general & regional).
The R.N.E. networks will introduce special regional
and local slots to include the electoral propaganda
and special programs for the begining and the end of
this process. These are as follow (all times UTC):

26-02-04 23.00 Beginning of electoral campaign.
R1//R5TN special national prog. EXCEPT for the Canary
Islands. R1&R5TN en Canarias will have a special REG.
program at 23.00-00.10 .

14-03-04 18.30 R1//R5TN Special National Program for
the end of voting process (at 19.00). Except for the
Canary Is.; RNE-Canarias must fill the gap between
18.30 & 20.00. R5TN Regional slot at 00.30-01.00
(15-03-04). In Andalucía, the R5-TN F.M. stations will
carry a different special program to cover the
regional elections results.

ELECTORAL PROPAGANDA SLOTS:
(from 27-02-04 to 12-03-04, except SAT. & SUN.)

RADIO 1: 0640-0645, 1405-1410, 1850-1855, 2155-2200
OWN PROG. FROM CATALUÑA, PAIS VASCO, CANARIAS &
NAVARRA. OTHER REGIONS // MADRID. It could be 
possible some regions would have electoral adv. at
1430-1500.

RADIO 5-TN REG: 21.35-22.00 (if needed from
21.05-21.30 too)
RADIO 5-TN LOCAL: 18.05-18.30
