MS 1640 WTNI Biloxi v/l + stix in 59d. v/s: Joel Robertson,CE MP-OH,6-03 (letter stated WTNI went into service 4-4-03 at 0420 CST) 

and the WTNI website http://www.1640wtni.com has an abundance of addresses, phone numbers and email addresses
