   1470 Feb 17 0355-0405 Venezuela: Tentative: YVJW Radio Latina,
   Valencia. Back to back SS melancholy discos romanticos with tent.
   Radio Latina ID at 0400. Signal was weak. barry.davies UK

   4965  Feb  17  1002-1016 Peru: Radio Santa Monica. Noted Huaynos music
   followed  by  comments,  TC,  ID. Signal was fair during period. Chuck
   Bolland, Clewiston Florida

   5005.71  Feb  17  1025-1035 Peru: LTC (La Transmision Correcta). Noted
   music  followed  by Spanish comments from a man. There was lots of QRM
   on  this  freq  while  the  signal  was  poor. Thus difficult to catch

   5019.9  Feb  17  1040-1115  Peru: Radio Horizonte. Noted Huaynos music
   during  period  with  TC's and ID from a man between tunes. Signal was
   excellent.  Seemed even better than Radio Rebelde on 5025 KHz which is
