Tibet, 4820, Peoples Broadcasting Station, Lhasa(presumed) 0003-0030
Noted English language lesson until 0019, then broadcast consists of
Manadarin(Presumed) language broadcast with some background music. 
Signal was never really readable during period with all of the QRM 
present on this band.  This corrects my Unident earlier.  (Chuck 
Bolland, February 17, 2004)
