Hi!
New offshore station in the North Sea heard tonight with a test 
transmission: Radio Rainbow International. Heard on the 13th of February 
from about 18.45 UTC on 3937-3936.9 varying with bad modulation and asking 
for reception reports to radiorainbow@xxxxxxxxxxx
73 from Björn Fransson DX-ing from the island of Gotland, Sweden
