[HCDX] Peru

Peru, 5486.76, La Riena De La Selva, 1120-1134 Between 1120 to 1128,
noted a man in comments of announcements, TC's and possibly ADs.  At
1130 music is presented.  The signal was good at 1120 but started to
fade badly by 1130 and ended up threshold by 1136.  (Chuck Bolland,
