[HCDX] Qinghai 4750 with nice QRG ann. in EE

Hi,

last Friday (23 JAN) I heard a nice frequency announcement in Chinese and English by
Qinghai PBS on 4750 kHz at 2200 UTC. Strong and clear signal, unfortunately no tape
recorder in reach. Then - on Saturday and Sunday - already with the recorder ready, but
(as it always happens) the signal was very bad, disturbed by two or three carriers on the
nearby frequencies.

Jari Savolainen reported this announcement some time ago, so maybe he has been already
more lucky with the recording then me...
