[HCDX] 5005.4?

I am getting at 2315 Utc- 0n 5005.4 Khz a signal, barely audible, some
audio. It might be RADIO NEPAL, and as per the Grey line, it is almost
over my local and Nepal. Anyone else with any ideas ?
