[HCDX] Tough Lamp RF Noise

Hi:

My neighbor received two touch lamps for Christmas. My eastern beverage
runs near her house and I am getting some buzz noise from them.  At
least it is not as bad as a dimmer though. I am on friendly terms with
the lady. Do any those "plug-in line cord" filters work on Touch lamps?
Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks.
