   pop  music, BI talk. 2130 Local IS, Local ID, news. Great signal! O=3.

   carrier at tune in, but as time passed signal increased to a poor
   level. On the hour at 0001, noted a canned ID as, "Radio Cultural
   Coatan ... Guatemala" by a man. Afterwards a woman in brief Spanish
