[HCDX] China 4750 and 5050

Here in Western Europe at 2300UTC I can hear several Chinese stations.
On 4750 khz I can hear with good quality a Chinese station. Listed on this
freq are CNR1 and Qinghai.
Because 4750 is not parallel to CNR1 on 4800, I suppose this is Qinghai.
Can anybody confirm this?

On 5050 Guangxi and the Voice of the Strait are listed. I have read that
since 29 december, the Voice of the Strait has changed their programming.
As far as I know Guangxi has VietNamese at 2300UTC. I can hear a Chinese
program at 2300UTC. So, can this be the new programming of The Voice of the
Strait?
