[HCDX] 1640 khz MW : Help

1640 MW

On December 28th at 5.20 UTC I heard this station with a repetitive slogan 
?Studious Radio Network Channel 42? for more than one hour . Does anybody 
know about it?
Please help me.


On January 1st I heard this station at 07.00 UTC  with an open line program 
:
phone calls from listeners regarding to new year predictions but no ide was 
heard then ABC News,and more phone calls from listeners.
