[HCDX] North Korea

Two frequencies from the Korean Central Broadcasting Station heard on two legal frequencies: 9665, 3 KHz from Pyongyang  and 11679,9 klHz  from Kanggye 2150 UT. Parallel programming with patriotic songs on both frequencies.
