[HCDX] ADMIN: temporary problems with DNS

FYI:

We are experiencing temporary problems with hard-core-dx.com and 
kotalampi.com name services (DNS). The transition to the new DNS 
provider is under way and things should be returning to normal as soon 
as root DNS reflects the change (today/this weekend). hard-core-dx.com 
is already partially transfered but problems might still occur until the 
transition is 100% completed. The impact is only for those two domains 
and no other domains are impacted. After the transition, the DNS 
reliability should be improved significantly compared to the old 
provider we're abandoning due to the unreliability in their service 
(incl. this transition which they couldn't handle properly and thus the 
short outage right now).
