[HCDX] R Candip 5066.3

On 7 Dec at 1553 I heard a station on 5066.3 in an African language,
a bit similar to Swahili. Mentioned often Congo and Bunia. Around
1603 some instru music and possible canned ID (or promo) by male
and female (but muffled voices). Then some music and transmitter
went off at about 1605. I believe it was R Candip from Bunia (Congo
Dem. Rep.). Unfortunately the signal was rather poor, so no positive
identification at this time. Haven't seen this one logged for some time.
