Arabic speaking station heard 0410 UTC on 9505 kHz with close down at 0428 UTC. It was like Passport suggested  Voice of the Palestinian Islamic Revolution from transmitter site in Iran. Programme is anti-Arafat. Strong and good reception. Scheduled 0330-0430 UTC.
