Not on a weekly basis, but they do run software to determine potential
clashes for final coordination recommendations. Remember, the HFCC is a
coordination committee and not a watchdog organization. Nor are they in the
business of assigning frequencies. It is up to the station to accept an HFCC
recommendation, and then some do what they want anyway.

As for regular reception tweaks, initial schedules are determined by a good
lot of broadcasters using very sophisticated software. The VOA and DW have
developed such things. Most stations then use a combination of human and
remote monitoring systems (and reception reports) to help determine if
incremental frequency changes should be made over the course of a season
*for a particular target area*.
