[HCDX] Hits Shortwave, Kyrgyzstan 4050 gone?

On 5 Oct UTC evening I first time noted 4050 Hits Shortwave, Bishkek
off the air. During random checks since then, I've heard nothing on
this frequency. Frequency change or gone for good?
