Noticed some missing/incorrect entries for the Voice Intl (CVI) B'03 Schd

**Foll entry has been deleted:
  1100-1400 -13765 -Hindi

**Foll entries were missing :
  0100 - 0400 - 11850 - Hindi
  0500 - 1100 - 13630 - Hindi

**Hindi - 1400-1700 UTC - 5850 was used for 2 days, 26th & 27th Oct instead 
of
   correct freq 5855 khz. CVI-Freq Mgt clarified that this was due to an 
error, they
   were back on 5855 on 28th Oct.
