[HCDX] ADMIN: personal attacks NOT tolerated

Everyone,

I wanted to give a quick heads-up about couple of the recent and 
unfortuate cases of personal attacks on the list. Some of them haven't 
been passed to the list but some have slipped over here and requires a 
quick comment from the HCDX staff.

This list is created to help everyone's DXing hobby. Because of that 
we'd like to stay in the issue of our hobby on the list. The worst 
off-topic possible is a personal attack to any fellow hobbyist. This 
will not be tolerated. If you disagree about the issue, disagree about 
the issue with facts, evidence and well formulated arguments but please 
stay out of the personal off-topic comments and remarks.
