Hi everyone,

According to the RNZI website, they are set to stop using leased airtime on Radio Australia relays today.

"Update on the RNZI Transmitter - 

The RNZI transmitter is back on air after a major lightning strike caused considerable damage to it at the beginning of September. As a temporary measure RNZI has leased time with Radio Australia until Tuesday 21 October. 

RNZI has introduced its new 24 hour service - with Pacific news and current affairs throughout the evenings and breakfast sessions. See the Schedules page for details. Also note that we have a new frequency schedule in operation from 26 October - see the How To Listen page for details on this."
