[HCDX] The QTH of Israel National Radio on 1539 kHz ?

Hi !

Last night I heard Israel National Radio in English on 1539 kHz between 00-01 UTC.
They had the news at 00.00, 00.30 and 01.00 UTC. The DJ said Israel National Radio
is using "90,7 FM and 15-39 AM".

I just wonder, if this broadcast came from Arutz Sheva on the same frequency ? 

Anyone living in Israel, could you confirm the transmitter location of this "Israel National
Radio" on 1539 kHz, please.
