[HCDX] VOM FREQUENCY TABLE

The frequencies at present  in use by  the <italian service> of
VOM Malta ( 6110 kHz, 9605kHz ) from RAI Int. relay service,
will be the same also after 25th October 2003.
In case they will update some of frequencies, we'll let you know
on HCDX list.
