[HCDX] Digital signal on 1670

I am listening to 1670 right now (6 October 1745 
EDT) to what appears to be a digital signal.  As 
near as I can figure out it is coming from the NW 
of here and is rock solid, like within 100 to 150 
miles.  It is wiping out reception on 1660.  This 
could end up being my neighbor's computer or the 
like, but this sounds very much like the DRM 
signals I have heard on the SW bands.
