[HCDX] Re: Utility or spy?
The only station logged on 4600 Khs is a voice station from South Korea. On
this QRG is active only 4 times a month (5,6,21,22 and you listened to
October 5) and its recipient ID is No° 007. It's the only voice/spy station
on that frequency, used till last 2002 from Voice of Komala that moved to
4615. It's not sure if this transmission comes from North or South Korea.
