[HCDX] OK, so what was it?

I was listening to 13840KHz this morning for EMR, but it appears I was
hearing something else. Time 1430-1500 UTC. The language sounded Russian
(or something there abouts) adn they were talking and playing jazz
recordings. Passport lists Sweden and Itlay on that freq, but nothingat
that time. It also lists a Pirate station occasionally, but they claim
it is German. Any ideas? Thanks for your help.
