[HCDX] UNID 12140 kHz

Hi guys, happened to listen in to an African (presumably Vern. from Bourkona Fasso) religious programme 1930 while writing mails today. Many relig songs, incl some in French, from 1945. At 1944 gave a Boite Postale number in Ouagadougou, Bourkina Fasso. Only once thought I heard something like 'Radio Bolna' or similar. Fair to strong on clear channel, but didn't have my recorder going. Whats??
