Radio Free Cascadia -- amazingly not jammed (@250kw) by VOA/IBB Delano!

The HRS12/4/1 antenna system in Delano was designed to combat possible
future USSR jamming in Latin America; with 26.1 dbi forward gain
transmission system.

I am amazed that it has not been used against Radio Free Cascadia + Chiapas
Rebel Radio (name?).
