Heard them announcing on 12th Sept @ 1526 UTC that official launch has been 
pushed back to 25th Sept ( Instead of 16th Sept) .
Good signals with occassional splatter from Voice Intl in Mandarin.
They also announced a mobile phone # to send SMS text messages :
