Allen Graham quoting Dennis Adams announced in today's 
DXPL that HCJB-Australia is going to change its morning 
frequency w.e.f  15th Sept'03 :

Urdu -    0100-0130 UTC on 15555 ( ex 15420) 
English -0130 - 0330 UTC on 15555 (ex 15420)
