Hi folks...

15044.9 UnId, presumed "Radio Free Cascadia", or whatever it is called. Catched here at 
Lima at 01.55 UT sept 13th. Signal quality is poor, with unintelligible programming and severe 
fading. No Id's heard so no positive id, but there's an open carrier at this time so we'll see if 
there conditions improve and get a decent signal from this one. SIO 111.
