Your unID on 4474.44 kHz could might well be the peruvian pirate Radio Cielo, Chiclayo. You can find this station "anywhere" on the bands but the last time here in Quito it was around this freq., I don´t remember exactly where. Cielo have somewhat "bad" sound.
