[HCDX] More African Music from Great Britain?

 Picked up some African sounding station this morning on 12125 at 1543 still on at 1640...Checked EIBI (good site) and lists it as FEBA Radio from "G" ...language "NU"...Broadcast to East Africa.  All in African language. The only english I could make out was "Nairobi Kenya" Repeated twice. Nice Music. Who is FEBA Radio?  Radio Service of Sudan not on the air this morning.
