I could just barely tell there was a bx on 15476 from 0100-0120 08-28-03 UTC in N/E TN. I heard both a YL and OM with vox, but couldn't ID what they were saying or even the LG. I did hear somebody from 0050-0059 UTC in an unid LG with several mentions of "Quantico" and a good signal.
