[HCDX] Sporadic E or Tropospheric Ducting

Tonight, 2200 EST (0200z) In Burtonsville, MD - I received two philadelphia 
stations
106.9 WKDN and WJJZ 106.1 . The distance to the transmitters from here is 
about 120 air miles. WE had a storm go through at about 17:00 local. I am 
wondering if this is sporadic E or tropo giving me the over the horizon 
contact?
