SOLAR FLARES  : Eruptive (C-class flares expected, probability >= 50%)
GEOMAGNETISM  : Active conditions expected (A>=20 or K=4)
SOLAR PROTONS : Warning condition
PREDICTIONS FOR 12 Aug 2003  10CM FLUX: 131 / AP: 032
PREDICTIONS FOR 13 Aug 2003  10CM FLUX: 133 / AP: 022
PREDICTIONS FOR 14 Aug 2003  10CM FLUX: 134 / AP: 010

COMMENT: At present the Earth is under the influence of a coronal hole. The
solar wind speed has reached nearly 700km/s and seems to have passed its
maximum. The interplanetary magnetic field (IMF) has turned southwards during
small intervals. We expect active geomagnetic conditions during the next 24
hours, becoming quiet after. Solar flare activity is remaining at the C-level,
most activity originates from groups 90 (NOAA 0424) and 96 (NOAA 0431).
