[HCDX] Vatican Radio Site: was Computer logging

May I digress here?  I understand that Vatican 
Radio has two SW sites, one inside the Vatican 
with low power, and one in Italy with higher 
power.  I have tried to QSL the lower powered one, 
without success yet/
