[HCDX] Radio Nacional de España 1359 Khz OFF

Radio Nacional de España Radio 1 has got a night time transmisor in 
Arganda, near Madrid. 
Its usual programme schedule is from 18:00 UTC to 6:00 UTC. 
This transmisor is OFF from some days ago. Is It close for vacances?
