3235  0600 UNID weak station playing back-back music, sounds Latin and even 
PP so maybe a Brazilian??? No annc heard on the hour or at 0700 so possibly 
testing. Exactly on 3235 so doubtful R Luz y Sonido. Ormandy Aug 7th.
