[HCDX] Station heard 4995.6 khz

HI
At 1040 GMT I am hearing a Spanish station on this frequency of 4995.6
khz,best heard in LSB to avoid WWV.Lots of singing and what sounds like
animal menagerie of sounds. Echo  is heavy in audio by male announcer.
Is this  Radio Andina ?
I am using the RX320 and the 50 ft wire.

Dx'ing in  Kentucky  using the Drake R4a,Ten-Tec RX320,
50 ft  end-fed wire @ 160 degrees,150 ft end-fed wire @ 75 degrees
Nothing but RedHat 7.3 used  on this machine.
