CRI to start new Hindi txn for Indian subcontinent
--------------------------------------------------

Wef  5th Aug CRI is starting an additional daily txn in Hindi targeted towards 
Indian subcontinent - 
1300-1400 on 11765,13715 khz.

CRI already has two txn's in hindi :
1500-1600 UTC on 1323,9690,11675
1600-1700 UTC on 1269,9690,11675
