[HCDX] Log AM 1290 khz & 16000 khz

AM 1290 khz
Heard on Saturday July 26 at 19.30 utc (in my home is Sunday July 27 02.30 early morning) Mandarin lang. with the program 'Dien Dien Ge Jia Yi' means 'Everyday Hakka Language', OM & YL long talking & several songs. No ID was heard.
On Monday 28 at 19.45 some Mandarin songs with several adv , music and some talk.
19.55 instrumental music. The adv heard they mention the area code of their telephone no. was 02 and 04, that's mean area code in Taiwan for Taipei & Kaoshiung. Poor signal with fading. Any one could give an idea what station is it ? 
20.00 prg in Minnan language (southern China, HK & Taiwan local dialogue) starting    with music & OM & YL talking. Poor signal & audio.
 
AM 1290 khz at 23.00-23.15 utc July 30 heard RRI Palembang with 'Aneka Liputan' or 'Variety Report' prg. Good signal & audio. sio 332.
 
16000 khz
Also July 26 at 19.20 utc heard  OM interviewing YL in English. Mentioning 'Australia ' several times with low signal. At 19.27 sign off time. Is this radio Australia ?
