Walt,
now all 3 QRGs (5029, 6150, 9725) are on the air again. There was no signal on 6155
kHz for some time (2 or 3 weeks?), I know that because I have been searching for
Bayrak every morning between 0300-0400 UTC. I heard a very weak signal only with
continuous pops and no anns. Then one morning suddenly Dr. Scott was on again and
there was silence on 9725 kHz at the same time. So I thought he changed 9725 for
6150. Maybe he really did having technical problems with one of the transmitters, now
fixed again.
I admit it was no real frequency change, I should write "6155 is on again the there
is silence on 9725"...
Now Dr. Scott dominates on 6150 again and there is no chance for Bayrak anymore...
The Shortwave Guide lists the University Network on 6150 kHz from 1200 to 2400 UTC,
the same on 5029 kHz and 24 h on 9725 kHz.
Thanks for info, GOOD DX,
