[HCDX] 2 questions...

...through which I probably just demonstrate my ignorance, but what the
heck ;-)

1. Who or what is Radio Farda? I listen to them right now (0810UTC) on
17835, according to ILG from Morocco, and wonder. Are they one of these
U.S. sponsored U.S. propaganda things or a clandestine gone commercial?

2. What happened to AFRTS from Grindavik/Iceland? Big song and dance
about how they are on the air again on 13855USB all over the web, but
(except a few weeks ago) nothing herad here (in North-Germany that is).
Are they off the air again?
