Possibly Radio Victoria, Peru - particularly if you suspect Spanish.

Hi
It's late here ,2 AM EST 0600 GMT,and on 6020.27 I have a tentative ID
of Radio Gaucho. My pc clock may be off ,the id came at 4 after the
hour. I thought at first it was Spanish ,but hearing the possible Radio
Gaucho thrown in there makes me wonder if I should take up some
Portuguese lessons.Lots of talking by male the previous half hour.Almost
sounded like a religous broadcast of sorts.I was using the RX320 and the
150 ft longwire.
