days!

Regarding the first log, doesn't Lesotho normally
sign-off at 2200? I was surprised to hear them at this
hour.


4800, LESOTHO, R.Lesotho (P), 2243-2258*, 6/18.
Booming signal w/ Afropops at t/in, 2 OM w/ banter,
laughter, YL joins via telephone, signal suddenly
dissappears at 2258. 
Continued listening, pips noted at 2300 followed by OM
and YL in Mandarin, just audible. Presumably co-ch.
CPBS, China. 

4820, TIBET, Xizang PBS, Lhasa, 2302-2330, 6/18 CH/EG.
Apparent language lesson w/ OM and YL in CH, lots of
repetitive words and phrases. Brief mx at 2320 w/ (p)
ID by YL w/ echo effect.  YL in EG at 2324 spelling
"parrot" and "garden", OM repeats in CH. Signal begins
to f/out, gone by 2330. Good at t/in. Logged this one
on 5/21, same time and format. WRTH lists CNR 1 relay.

6050, NIGERIA, R.Nigeria, Kaduna, 2134-2149*, 6/18,
EG. YL w/ nx re government, DPR Congo and National
Consortium, construction contracts. Drums at 2145, OM
w/ s/off anmts, Pledge to Nigeria, NA?. Poor, choppy
signal.

6050, TIBET, Xizang PBS, Lhasa, 2150-2215, 6/18, CH.
OM and YL w/ tlks noted over co-ch. HCJB after Nigeria
s/off. Pips and (p) ID at 2200, diff. YL w/ nx,
jingles and tlk at 2205, HCJB taking over by 2215.

6155, BOLIVIA, R.Fides, 0105-0130, 6/19, SP. OM w/
futbol match, "Goal" at 0119, several quick mentions
of "Coca-Cola" throughout, leads me to believe they
are sponsors? "Jingle" ID at 0124, fair signal w/ QRM
splatter until wiped out by co-ch. RTE Overseas s/on
at 0130.
