[HCDX] Radio Botswana Reception Report Returned

 In today's mail a returned reception report from Radio Botswana, mailed 
January 21st 2003. The address I used was: Mr.T. Makgekgenene , Director, 
Radio Botswana, Private Bag 0060, Gaborone, Botswana. This is the recent 
PWBR address as well as the address used on recent replies listed on the 
QIP.
 The envelope was marked "undeliverable" by the Botswana Postal Service. 
Try again, any ideas? 73's.
