[HCDX] Tajik Radio harmonics

Tajik Radio transmitter in Yangiyul on 4635 seems to be
in rather bad shape. The carrier is wobbling and modulation
is weakish. It also puts out harmonics. Not only 9270 that
I reported earlier, but also 13905. Noted here 7 Jun at 1720.
