[HCDX] SW R Africa 4880 QSL

Just received by snail-mail a QSL from SW Radio Africa
for my e-mail report of their test on 4880 kHz. Full-data,
except (of course) transmitter site. Power is given as 100kW
but..."Transmitter location is restricted for security reasons".
Signed by Technical Manager, name illegible.
